*City Bikes are ideal city and suburb bicycles to go to work or school , go to metro or bus station, go shopping. No need to dress up like a cyclist. Older bikes don't get stolen has much.
*3 speed bikes are uncomplicated and easy to use, perfect for daily cruising around town and riding on bike paths on sunny weekends, not so good for steep hills. Montreal Bixi`s are 3 speed.
*26 x 1 3/8 wheel and tire size typical of vintage city bikes from the 50`s, 60`s and 70`s, small thread and not too wide, perfect for paved roads.
